Automaker SEAT introduced the serial version of the electric «hot» hatchback CUPRA el-Born, the concept of which was presented in 2019.
The electric car in the serial version has largely preserved the aggressive features of the concept, but has been slightly updated and is now made in a more traditional style. In CUPRA el-Born, SEAT now offers state-of-the-art technologies such as Head-up Display with augmented reality.
El-Born is developed exclusively on the MEB platform and is equipped with an 82-kWh battery, which offers a range of up to 500 km (WLTP standard) and supports fast charging that can provide 260 km in just 30 minutes. EV powered by VW motors with 150 kW of power, which accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 7.5 seconds, and from 0 to 30 mph only in 2.9 seconds.
