About 2020 Polestar 2
Polestar 2 is a direct competitor to the Tesla Model 3 sedan. The new electric car from Volvo has a twin-engine layout. Total power – 402 hp at 660 Nm of torque. A 78-kilowatt battery installed in the car can provide 500 km of run. The flat battery pack located in the floor, in addition to reducing the center of gravity, additionally increases the rigidity of the chassis and even reduces the amount of noise from the road penetrating into the passenger compartment compared to using a traditional platform originally developed for the petrol or diesel engines.
As an option, Volvo will offer the Performance enhancement package. It includes Brembo brakes, special shock absorbers and 20-inch wheels.
